Drone 1​ with edited video

Aerial video footage of the exterior property and surrounding area.

The aerial video footage is edited with transitions between clips, artwork, text added.

Cost for a completely edited, 1 minute edited video is $125 per minute. 2 minutes $140.

To put the drone in the air, there is a $50 fee which includes the flight plan approval by the FAA.

Aerial video footage of the exterior property accompanied and blended by still images of the exterior and interior (usually 4-6 interior stills).

Drone Photography $30 per image​
Aerial edited photos for best resolution, lighting and coloring possible. If the Drone photography is shot at a different time than the Package "X" photoshoot there is a $50 time shot fee added.

Blue Sky Guarantee ($30 per image)
The exterior photo's sky is replaced with a blue sky with sparse clouds to give the photo a bright sunny look to those occasional cloudy days.
​
Zillow 3D Home Tour ($130 - $300)​
Save time showing a house and ease traffic on homeowners with a published 3d home tour with a floorplan.
​
The tour is directly published onto the Zillow website.
If desired, we will include a floorplan of the home (no extra charge)

I use the #1 quality Ricoh Theta Z1 360 degree camera.

Video ($150 - $400)​
We can shoot a video of you introducing the real estate you want to market and I can combine the video or audio material and blend it with a video walkthrough of the property. If you have already purchased Drone Videography, we would include that footage as well.

Twilight Photography ​
$45 per image and a $50 time slot fee. The time slot fee is waved for over 5 images.
